As the person who taw kev, when they offer you the kauj tsaig, make sure it is the one from the pig used that day. It should not be from another pig.

Cutting the pig for tug Taw Kev Qhuab Ke
Cut from corner of mouth to lower ear to back of head on both sides. Then cut in half the following parts indicated.
Next feel the bottom rib. Move up one rib and cut the following next three ribs in a t bone style cut.

These two pieces you give to the Taw Kev.

There are other parts to give, but we gave money to replace those parts at our funeral
