Cutting the pig for cov kis at the final table. 1st cut top half of pig. Just under the two front legs. Cut the entire top half. Do not cut with ribs. Next cut the two back legs. Then cut the lower back butock part. Cut in half following the spine. Cut the along the soft spine.

You give the top half to txiv xais. The two legs you give to Kaab Xwm. You cut the rest so the rest of the kis gets a piece does not matter the size as long as they all get a piece
