There are two pigs used in this event
One is used to give to the people who have been assinged Jobs. (npua rua cov ua nub)
The other is the used to txiwm (npua ua txiwm)

pig 1 : npua rua cov ua nub

First step is to find the small rib, from the bottom of the pig find the small rib (in Blue)

cut directly right above the small rib.
Then cut every 3 ribs
There should be three sets of 3 ribs for each side.
Cut the other side exactly like the first side you cut

Next cut the bone where you cut the two sides
Blue is the small ribs



cut each rib in half

Cut the head

split the hid legs in half by cutting the spine

Cut the top of the hide legs into 3 ?????



alternatively you can cut it this other way. Cut a big piece away from the hid leg

Then take the big piece of meat and cut it in half

Same cut as above but different angle on the other hid leg

Cut the front legs away from the sides

Cut the front legs

Split the top part into two

rice (mov), chest (nrob), heart (plawv), liver (Sab), lung (Ntsws ), kidney (raum), spleen (po), tongue (nplaig), stomach (plaab), intestines (nyuv)
