Vowels with no Characters in the Hmong alphabet

There are some sounds that are currently not in the Hmong alphabet but are used in Hmong words
To me, the combination of these two vowles makes the most sense in producing these sound.

This one makes a should similiar to the short i sound in english like in the work it or the y in the word myth

This one makes a should similiar to the long o sound in english like in the word no or flow
  oi
