??? Do you cut all animals like this if they are used during the ceremony.
For example if that day they did serveral neeb using a pig and a lamb. Are you suppose to cut all the animals this way to give the txiv neeb ???

For our vang family, our shamans don't require the piece of meat to be the right or left side. They do want the tail to by put into the mouth. And the number of ribs do not matter. As long as the side is nicely cut in a straight line.

So you just need to cut the head with a leg and side of the pig along with the tail. To give to the Shaman.

If you don't know the Shaman always ask
You should always ask before cutting because .....
Some Shamans want only the right or left side of the pig.
They want or don't want the tail to be put inside the mouth.
Some want all the ribs except the last 3 bottom ribs
Some want only the top 3 ribs with the head and leg
